Small N Gauge layout 2ft X 4ft Exhibition Layout
This layout took over 3 months to build and is of exhibition standard most of the trees are hand made by myself but the others are gaugemaster ones and look the part all the scenery is hand built to the layout I wanted to give it an over grown modern day branch line look and I think that I achieved it. The station is a metcalfe kit same as the platform the goods shed is a hornby n gauge scale dale building and the signal box is a metcalfe kit as well. All the track is peco running first radius curves and points with a 2nd radius in the centre of the front there are 2points on the scenic side going to a goods shed and siding they are motor operated and has the switches on the back in the fiddle yard area in the fiddle yard area there are a total of 6 points that gives you as an operator a run round loop a single small siding and 3 large sidings for full trains. The lights on the layout are 3v leds only the street lamps light up it will come with some spares aswell these lights are wired up to a switch which is powered by a regulated 3v wall plug supply so all you need to do is plug and play. The controller is a gauge master combi controller and is like new the points are powered from it and so is the track Ive not had a fault with it the controller has its own plug that comes up through the baseboard it also has a plug to the track as well just in case you ever wanted to swap it out. The layout will come with some extra bits and bobs to put on it such as 2 signals 3 cars a peco level crossing kit spare street lights and a spare point.
This layout can be run on DC and DCC depending on what you want. The layout is 2FT X 4FT it dose come with legs that are bolted on so you can take it down and take it to shows.
