N Gauge Layout, Highly Detailed, Bachmann Scenecraft, DCC, DC

Highly detailed N Gauge Layout complete with Bachmann Scene craft buildings, kit built buildings, Peco set track and Peco Flexi track. The layout consists of two loops with a passing loop on the outer loop for the station, inner container port complete with container crane. There is a loco shed, carriage cleaning machine, goods shed and fuel depot. There are various Bachmann Scenecraft buildings (most are boxed). Both station buildings are metacafe kits.

The layout is wired for both DC and DCC control as every loop of track is wired. The sidings can be controlled independently using a 3rd controller allowing shunting manoeuvres to take place whilst the trains can run round the layout.

For DC operation there are isolating tracks on the sidings that can be made live by using the switches on the control panel. It is wired in such a way that the outer and inner loops can be controlled independently. If DCC operation is required then simply leave all the switches in live position. There are detailed Church scenes, shop scenes, container port, good shed, Engine shed, fuel depot amongst others. All the track is ballasted and weathered.

All points are manually operated. Layout dimensions are 50"x 28", the whole layout only sits 6 high enabling it to be slide under beds or sofa's with ease.
