AS far as I can tell this looks as new and unused. Box in VGC - items in bags / packets and Loco / Wagons in boxes. Track is still wired together (oval of). Retains controller in bag / transformer in bag as shown. I have not tested but does not appear to have been removed from the box. Minor light rubbing / storage wear to box edges / corners.
