A new range for us is this entry level DCC sound N gauge Farish class 31 in BR Green livery fitted with a Hornby TTS DCC sound decoder and 15 by 11 sugar cube speaker. A copy of the functions available is shown in one of the photos.

Excellent sound quality and smooth running is provided by the Hornby decoder. Other features include short and long addressing, the capability to run on DC analogue (note that this is without sound), directional lighting front and rear and the ability to adjust the volume of individual sounds to suit personal taste. This variant supplements our existing range of high end DCC sound converted locomotives which use ESU sound decoders with Legoman sound files along with numerous lighting options fitted as standard.
